For meetups and mixers
Get your guests talking to someone new
Guests come to meet new people, then spend the night with the friends they came with. NexSwap badges find each guest a good match in the room and give both a reason to say hi.

How the night runs
Check in
Guests scan their badge with a phone camera and pick their interests. One minute, no app.
Match
When two good matches are close, both badges buzz and show the same sign and reason to talk.
Play
The pair gets a game for two on their badges, like two truths and a lie or a trivia duel.
Follow up
Guests drop their badge off on the way out. Their matches are waiting on their phone.
Make it your night

Questions
How many guests do you need?
NexSwap works best from about 30 guests, where a host can't introduce everyone.
Do guests need an app?
No. At check-in, guests scan the badge with their phone camera and fill a short web profile. It takes about a minute.
What do guests share?
The badge shows a first name, plus company and role if the guest adds them. Contact details are shared after the event, only between two people who matched.
How much does it cost?
Organisers pay per event, priced by headcount. NexSwap brings the badges, sets them up at check-in and takes them home afterwards. Email [email protected] with the date and expected turnout.
